Most manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty or "limited" lifetime warranty. The real test is how the customer, who has a problem, gets it resolved. We value our customers individually and try to go the "extra mile" to make sure that any problem is worked out to your satisfaction.
Table Warranty
Mastercraft warrants its tables will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the table, with the original purchaser (the Owner). Warranties are not transferable and coverage's only apply for the original purchaser (the "owner"). Mastercraft reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the cost of any and all parts determined by the manufacturer to be defective. Replacement of the entire table is neither required nor implied under this warranty. Excluded are any products used for commercial, institutional or any non- residential use. Felt, cushions, pockets, slate and play kits are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from an accident, alteration, misuse, fire, flood or any other natural calamity. This warranty covers parts. The Owner will be responsible for any shipping and labor costs.
Proper care and maintenance are essential to preserving your rights under the warranty. Manufacturer will not repair or replace any parts if improper maintenance or improper usage causes damage. Warranty does not apply if the product is damaged by the use of harsh cleaning agents, or abrasives. Products are designed for INDOOR USE only. Subjecting products to weathering or damp conditions will void your warranty.
Accessories Warranty
Accessory items (including chairs, wall racks, floor racks, pub tables and stools) are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase. Fabrics are not included. Manufacturer will determine, at its option to repair or replace any product, component or part thereof that is defective. Owner is responsible for any shipping of defective product to the manufacturer. Warranties are not transferable and coverage's only apply for the original purchaser (the "owner"). The owner is responsible for any shipping and labor costs.
Filing a Claim
To file a claim, we may be contacted by phone (502-379-4435) or by e-mail (info@mastercraftbilliards.com) and you will be assisted by one of our representatives. Proof of purchase, and photos are required for any claims submitted. *DO NOT SHIP any product unless instructed to do so by a Mastercraft representative. Items will not be accepted unless a return authorization has been granted.
Installation
Mastercraft Billiards does not install pool tables, nor do we provide any installation warranty. You will be asked to sign a completion form (by the installation company), indicating your satisfaction with the installation of your table.
Return Policy
Please make sure that you have researched thoroughly and considered all aspects of your billiard table purchase before making your decision. You must consider not only cost but adequate space.
There will be no full refunds on returned products. All sales are final from the time of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order, provided it is in UNUSED condition, in the original packaging and within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for any returns or refusals. All merchandise returned or cancelled orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
