This fresh, decorative look is further enhanced by our coordinating cue racks, chairs and accessories.

Delve deeper and discover the strength beneath the beauty. Ours is a table built for performance and longevity. Once you have had the opportunity to play on one, you will recognize the professional accuracy and quality of play, inherent in every Thomas Aaron Billiard table.

Cabinet Frame and Cross Bracing

Like the finest furniture, the baseframe is constructed of solid, kiln-dried hardwoods and select, laminated wood veneers. The cross bracing is the backbone of the table, and made from solid timber bolted at 10 points for maximum cabinet stability. The insides of our cabinets are stained and sealed to lock out moisture. This guarantees an absolutely rigid foundation for the life of your table.

Hand-selected veneers, burls and laminated hardwoods are used for the rail assembly. Both the rail cap and sub-rail use a block laminating process that gives the rails unsurpassed strength and longevity for years of accurate play.

Rails

Rail surfaces are multi-step coated with a durable and scratch resistant finish that is hand-rubbed to bring out the luster of the natural wood grain.

Rails are fastened to the table with our Iron Jaw™ nut plate. This gives the rail-to-table joinery approximately 70% more downward holding strength than standard t-nuts used by other manufacturers.

Sights

The standard sights on all Thomas Aaron Billiard tables are genuine mother of pearl with abalone inset diamonds. This feature is usually an up-grade option from other manufacturers.

Slate

One-inch professional grade K-pattern slate is used on all tables.

Cushions

ProShot™ K66: The number one profile used in professional tournaments.

Tested and proven to be one of the most responsive cushions in the billiard industry, meeting all BCA specifications. It is made from 100% pure high grade rubber that is UV protected, then covered with a vulcanized cotton canvas on the top and back surfaces to give superior rebound, accuracy and consistency of play.

Pockets

All pockets are made of the finest saddle grade leather. Bucket pockets have extra-thick leather around the collar to prevent warping or curling on the top rail surface. The bottom of the pockets are stitched rather than stapled for added strength.

On tables requiring an open basket pocket, the leather is custom tooled to match the table's design and then finished the same color as the table.

Finishes

While wooden components are engineered and machined by billiard craftsmen, the finish is applied by furniture finishing experts. Every Thomas Aaron Billiard table has a uniquely executed, hand applied finish. From our years of furniture manufacturing experience, we have acquired the technical expertise to apply gilding, distressing, glazing, highlighting and other special finishing techniques that collectively bring out the full beauty of each table.
